This joint is a beautiful thing. In this city it’s really hard to find spaces that don’t charge an eye of one’s face to be able to play half an hour worth of arcade games; Wonderville makes a difference. All games are from independent developers which means they’re super fresh and usually interesting and the best thing is that they’re free. Beer and mixed drinks are served at the bar and surprisingly enough, they’re not that expensive either. Make sure you stop by if you want to try some unusual games and meet a buncha people that most probably share your same passion. Great adult playground.
Vastly exceeded my expectations. This is why I love living in the city. I love barcade but this is even better. Admittedly a bit intimidating at first but even casual gamers can enjoy and not feel judged. Oh also beers aren't $9 amen. ($6 without happy hour.)
If you don't want to ruin your night, then I suggest avoiding this place. The male bartender won't take your drink order if you're an Asian male. If you're not, you will still wait for hot 30 minutes because this guy decides that his friend's side drink orders and chit chat, is more important than everything else.
I sat in front of the white male bartender for 30 minutes and this guy starts helping other white people who literally walked in 5 minutes before me. Girls go first? fine. I'm ugly so you don't want to serve me? You'll never say no to more tip. Made eye contact to signal for service. So the only reason why this doofus decided to not serve me was because I was Asian. I was respectful, didn't complain, gave them SO MUCH patience. I never walked out of a place in my life until tonight. If you're Asian, just straight up avoid this place, you're not welcomed here.
Brilliant relatively small intimate venue slap bang in the central area of theatre land. Reasonable drinks prices and friendly service. Would highly recommend.
It's not very often you can do a ghost hunt in a bar. Back that up with a full arcade of indie video games in classic standup cabinets. Great spot!

Met the owner and was recommended the Tom Nook Collins which was excellent- refreshing, lightly sweet, and strong.
